What is a Sunday morning service like?
Typically, our Sunday morning services begin promptly at 11:00am with the entire congregation singing a chorus or hymn together. The service will include an opening prayer, a welcome by the pastor, more congregational singing, an offering, special music, and a sermon. During the congregational singing we usually take a couple of minutes to be dismissed from our seats and shake hands and say "Hi" to folks around us. The children are dismissd to Jr. Church before the sermon and an altar call is given directly following the sermon. During this time, folks are invited to respond to the preaching of God's Word by coming forward to pray at the altar or speak with a trained personal worker. Typically, the service concludes anywhere from 12:00-12:15pm.
